Private summary of data protection expectations for Simo Rail and Buddy Bank.
Simo Rail and Virtual Buddy Bank do not require production payment data or real customer personal data for standard testing.
Customers are expected to use test data. Any exceptional processing of personal data must be agreed contractually and supported by the applicable data processing terms.
Customer expectations
- Use synthetic or anonymised data
- Do not include real payer or beneficiary details unless agreed
- Apply the bank’s internal data classification rules
- Notify XMLdation of any special data handling requirements before testing
- Review DPA or equivalent terms where applicable
